Houston Cash Home Buyers is a locally owned and operated real estate investment company founded in 2019 by Andrickson and Jasmin Zorrilla — Jasmin, a former Katy ISD schoolteacher, and Andrickson, a former professional baseball player who spent years in the Baltimore Orioles organization before planting roots right here in the Houston area.
We are not a hedge fund. We are not a national franchise. We are not an algorithm making offers on homes we have never seen. We are two people from this community who built this business from the ground up because we saw a better way to help Houston homeowners in difficult situations.
